Some simple ideas & uses for our Chilli Oil

 

  • If you are a steak lover – spread CCBB oil on both sides and leave in fridge for 24 hours and then cook in a frying pan or over a grill/charcoal.
  • Cut a fresh roll in half and spread CCBB oil over the two half rolls then place them down on a grill/charcoal. (or your favourite bread both sides)!
  • Cut a fresh bread roll in half, spread butter and then CCBB oil, the combination taste is fantastic!
  • If you want a good kick start for the morning, cook your bacon and eggs
    in CCBB oil.
  • CCBB oil is great for Salads, once you have prepared your salad use a spoon to pour the oil evenly on top.
